Very clean property with helpful and friendly staff! Was only here for less than a day as I wanted to have a room to use on a long layover. They graciously accommodated an early check in! The staff was great at answering questions and providing insight about local transit. The bathroom was well appointed which was great after a flight. Overall good value for my needs!

We stayed for 3 nights over the summer. Location a was little out of the way but after we figured out how to use the underground (the station was next to the hotel) it was easy. Service was really good and breakfast was typical Hampton. Front desk really helped us out with a problem when our booked car was too small. We had connecting rooms as well in case anyone else have young families.

Cold hearted greedy need for cash

This is mainly a complaint about the level of companion that i received from this hotel. Hilton is usually my go to hotel when travelling, i try to stay at them over other ones, especially since i am a HH member. And I guess you expect a little bit of respect and loyalty back. and this is what i did not get. I booked and paid for my hotel well in advance, to get the discounted rate (saved €12 a day), but a week before i was supposed to go out my mom, 83 years old, had a stroke, and i had to go back to Canada to help her and her partner, 78 years old, deal with it. Now i know that i paid in advance, and for a normal cancelation, e.g. i decided not to go i would have accepted the lost without complaint. But give the exceptional circumstances, and the fact that i am a loyal HH member, I did fell as though a little compassion was in order. But i received none. So me their cold greed for cash has put a sour taste in my mouth toward Hilton, and especially this particular hotel. So a One star, would be negative if i could, is in order.

Decent Hampton Inn and offers the usual excellent complimentary breakfast. The room was also nicely appointed, clean and quiet. The location is convenient for the airport and also exploring further afield. We stayed two nights on a stopover and had a lovely day trip on the high speed train to Cologne. The hotel is walkable to both terminals in terms of distance but due to the street layout, it can be challenging with luggage in tow (there is a shuttle bus, but walking was faster). If there was one area for improvement it would be at the front desk. Staff, whilst well intentioned and friendly, had varying levels of capability which did slow things down. However, it did not impact our overall stay - we would certainly stay here again if we stopped over in Frankfurt again.

This was a hotel allocated by Lufthansa after a cancelled flight (FYI you can’t claim honours points for that). Second one in a row for me, so by the time I got there, I had been sleep deprived for a while. I got there around 11pm and left around 5am, and arrived by taxi, so I didn’t see the surroundings at all, but there was definitely rail tracks visible from my window & a McDonald’s nearby enough to deliver. From what I could tell the hotel was relatively modern and clean (though, I have seen seen more recently refurbed Hamptons). The reception area was relatively spacious - both the desk and seating area. The room was big enough and the bed was fine. Bathroom had some basic toiletries. You could definitely hear people outside the doors, but given my hours there, this wasn’t an issue. I don’t think the A/C was actually adjustable apart from on/off. Could’ve done with more sockets and it had no USB charging ports. I was checked in very quickly, in a minute really, and none of my IDs etc. were really checked, presumably because it was arranged by the airline. Found the receptionist a little.. blunt upon check-in, but a lot more accommodating by the morning. Breakfast started too late for me to have it, but reception did provide apples and bananas before our taxi call time. Reception also offered to arrange the taxi, who I’m pretty sure also happened to be the receptionist’s friend (the guy was also there during my check in just chatting), but this isn’t an issue as far as I’m concerned as we got to the airport on time and our taxi was comped by the airline. I will say that my Bolt at 11pm cost me just under 30€ whereas this taxi cost almost double that - may have been the time, provider and the fact there was four of us, but just to mention. The ride is about 20 minutes.
